I have to give props to Alan Mulally, Ford CEO. Alan says that he’ll work for a $1 per year if the auto maker has to take any government loan money. Car makers are telling Congress that they need $25 billion in funding to keep them afloat and help them survive. Ford and other automakers say that it would be devistating to the economy if the auto industry goes bankrupt. I want to know who is going to help the People of the United States if the Govenment goes under? The CEO’s of failing corporations should be accountable for their actions.

Chris Cornell will not be a replacement singer for Robert Plant if the rest of Led Zeppelin hits the road next year. Cornell tells the Edmonton Sun, “I would never do anything like that whether I were approached or not. It just doesn’t make any sense to me at all. I would not want to go see me performing Led Zeppelin songs with the two other guys that used to be in a band called Led Zeppelin while Robert Plant is out somewhere touring… That’s not a ticket I would buy. God bless ‘em, but that’s not Led Zeppelin. I find it completely depressing.”
I have to agree with Chris, Led Zeppelin is only “Led Zeppelin “with Robert. They are different types of bands. It only works if you write new and original material. Can you imagine the ego clashes?

The election is one week away. The slug fest is getting pretty bad. To be honest with you. I really am undecided. I voted for John McCain in the Primary. I am not sure I like him today. The more I hear Barack Obama speak, I wish he could say exactly what he is going to do. I don’t want to hear what is going to happen in ten years. Realistically, the US will not be out of Iraq any time soon. I wish both of these men would have spoken up when they were voting in the Senate. So now that there is an election Politicians actually care about the Country. I guess everything had to hit rock bottom before anyone gave a crap about Joe Blow or Joe The Plumber. Is John McCain out of touch? Is Barack Obama a Socialist?
In the begining, I liked Sarah Palin. Now, I think she has made a cartoon of her life. She is absolutely ridiculous. I think that might have to do with Tina Fey and SNL. Joe Biden seems like he might make a better Vice President. Hopefully, I can read up and decide who I really want to vote for. I know in the next couple of days McCain and Barack need to come out swinging. They need to say something that matters and stop all of the rhetoric. Rhetoric Vs Reality.

Never say never! I could not believe that I actually played “Chinese Democracy” the new song from Guns N Roses. The Cd is supposed to hit the shelves on November 23rd. Will the Cd live up to the legend? It took 12 years to produce it.

Eminem’s mother is going release a book. The book is titled, “My Son Marshall, My son Eminem. ” Debbie Nelson is finally going to tell her side of the story. She is going to release her memoirs and set the record straight on all of Eminem’s allegations of abuse and manipulation. She will also release some rare photos and some never-before-seen lyrics and poems. You really can’t blame her for cashing in on her sons fame. He used his life experiences in his songs.
Lynne Spears also has her tell all book out. “Through the Storm.” In this book Lynn will show how she and her family delt with fame. Lynne has been on the talk show circuit promoting her book. Lynne tells NBC’s “Today” show that Jamie Lynn handed her a note and told her to read it in the bedroom alone. She couldn’t tell her mother eye to eye. The note revealed that her 16 year old daughter was pregnant. I feel sorry for Brittany and Jamie Lynn. Do we need to know everything about a celebrities life? I would think that some things are meant to be kept secret between family members. I guess these books will sell because they are candid and revealing. What do you think about these parents. How would you feel if your mother wrote a book about your life?

Have you ever been on the verge of death? I was yesterday. My trainer is the devil!!!!! You can see by his picture. M. Judas is a Wrestler. I kept telling him that I will not survive if I have to run one more lap. I made it through one whole hour of torture. We did something called the 200. 200 reps-2 laps. Since my surgery, I have had a tough time getting into shape. You would think that if you have half of your guts removed you would be much smaller after surgery. Not in my case. I have grown. Life can be so cruel. The road back is a tough one to travel. I am proud that I push myself to do it.

MSNBC “College presidents from about 100 of the best-known U.S. universities, including Duke, Dartmouth and
Ohio
State, are calling on lawmakers to consider lowering the drinking age from 21 to 18, saying current laws actually encourage dangerous binge drinking on campus.
The movement called the Amethyst Initiative began quietly recruiting presidents more than a year ago to provoke national debate about the
U.S. drinking age, which is among the highest in the world. ”
I think they should lower the drinking age. If you are old enough to serve in the Military, then you should be mature enough to drink responsibly.
What do you think?
Would it cause more you people to drink and drive?

This years Birthday Bash is going to better than ever. Shinedown, Buckcherry, Saving Able, Avenged 7Fold. September 30th. Clemson’s Little John Coliseum. Last year was completely amazing with Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, and Red. I thought back to the first Birthday Bash with Jackyl. Honestly, I remember talking to Zakk Tyler and being proud that we stayed on the air for a year. The second Birthday Bash, I sat on top of the Planet Van. I could not believe the crowd. Carrie Martin and I said, “What are we going to do next year?” Creed was just something very memorable. I remember looking at a sea of people. That show was only the beginning. Nickelback played Birthday Bash right after 911.

P1Megan lost all of her money in Las Vegas.
P1Monkey Nugget said,” I was car surfing doing about 80mp with me on top of the roof.”
One P1 got pregnant with twins on vacation.
My favorite was this text. ” My brother and I were in the Dominican Republic on the beach. My brother drank so much that he fell asleep in the surf. His $100. Dr.Martin Sandals floated off of his feet.
Quite a few of you got arrested.
Many of you got engaged or married.
My dumb story. I got in a jet ski accident and broke my leg.

Johnny Knoxville I am not! I am NO Stevo. Nor, am I of the caliber of Joey Diapers. I tried to blow myself up with firecrackers Sunday. I admit I can not pull off many stunts…. Taking the advice of my neighbors and my fiance, I opted for sparklers. I put together a baton-fire act. It was great in my backyard. Unfortunately, my stunt sucked today. I could not make it work because the sparklers would not light. Cest la vie!!
